The Delivery Manager - Grid Orchestration Software (GridOS) is responsible for driving successful end-to-end delivery and implementation of GridOS software solutions across utility and energy distribution environments. This role combines technical expertise, delivery coordination, and customer engagement to support strong project execution and positive customer outcomes across the post-sales lifecycle. The role works closely with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure projects are delivered effectively, in alignment with established processes, timelines, and business objectives. The ideal candidate brings experience in software delivery or implementation, sustained customer success, and independent problem solving in technical and operational environments. This position functions with some autonomy, while being guided by established policies and review of end results. The role allows for modification of procedures and practices as needed, provided results meet standards of quality, volume, and timeliness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in a Software Services Group.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software design, software integration, and/or DMS, EMS, or related systems.
  • Candidates who apply for this position must be willing to work in a hybrid model, requiring them to be present in the office for 3 days a week at one of the GEV Hubs located in the areas listed in the job posting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the successful end-to-end implementation of GridOS software solutions across utility and energy distribution environments.
  • Coordinate delivery activities across cross-functional teams to support project execution, quality, and customer success.
  • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to drive implementation progress and align delivery with business goals, timelines, and established processes.
  • Support positive customer outcomes throughout the post-sales lifecycle, including implementation, adoption, issue resolution, and long-term value realization.
  • Apply technical understanding to address software delivery, integration, and operational challenges.
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues through effective troubleshooting and independent problem solving.
  • Help maintain quality standards and ensure deliverables meet expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and practices while operating within established policies and business requirements.
