As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and organizing project teams in a dynamic and Agile-oriented business model to achieve high performance, quality, and deliver value. You will manage several concurrent high-visibility projects and teams in a fast-paced environment across multiple business domains. Your role will involve overseeing multiple IT and Technology projects simultaneously, covering the entire project lifecycle from discovery to delivery. You will coordinate both internal resources and third-party vendors to plan and execute projects effectively, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by actively managing project timelines and budgets. In this position, you will identify and manage project risks to minimize their impact on project outcomes, build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration, and generate project metrics and status reports to provide visibility into project progress. You will continuously measure project performance and communicate key issues to leadership, collaborating with Product Owners, Business, and Change Management teams to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and user training before project releases. Additionally, you will manage multiple Scrum teams concurrently, ensuring effective Agile project management and facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demos with the team and stakeholders.
