The Payer Service Delivery (PSD), part of the Optum Advisory that provides Technology and Health Management services to payer clients, is seeking a Delivery Management Office (DMO) leader who will be the portfolio owner in charge of driving the work within PSD, maintaining the DMO processes, and financial oversight. The DMO owner is the point of contact for internal project, Change Request, and Enhancement prioritization and execution as well as the project/program management for new client and line of business onboarding. The DMO leader is accountable for driving work across the PSD organization and in support of our clients while maintaining the organizations financials. You will engage the matrixed teams in support of account objectives for efficient, quality, growth and client satisfaction. This includes engaging with the clinical, operations, technology teams, client, and vendors as well as other groups at the Optum level required to deliver our strategic objectives. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
