About The Position

We are seeking a Delivery Lead who combines technical fluency with strong client and delivery leadership. This role serves as the primary point of contact for client engagements and owns end-to-end delivery across AI, data, and application initiatives. You will bridge client stakeholders and delivery teams, ensure execution stays on track, proactively manage risk and escalations, and hold teams accountable for timelines and outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, clear ownership, and the ability to translate complex technical work into business value while maintaining operational rigor.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience delivering technology projects in a client-facing or consulting environment.
  • Good understanding of modern software delivery practices (Agile, cloud-native architectures, APIs, CI/CD, data platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
  • Proven experience owning delivery outcomes, timelines, and client relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in software engineering, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related field.
  • Experience delivering AI/ML or analytics-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS cloud environments.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, and project tracking dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout the engagement lifecycle, owning the relationship from kickoff through delivery.
  • Build trusted partnerships with client stakeholders through clear communication, transparency, and accountability.
  • Lead client-facing ceremonies including kickoff sessions, status meetings, demos, and executive updates.
  • Manage expectations by providing timely, accurate updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Own issue and escalation management—triaging concerns quickly, coordinating resolution with internal teams, and communicating clear action plans to clients.
  • Partner with clients on scope changes and evolving requirements, ensuring impacts to delivery, timelines, and priorities are clearly understood and agreed upon.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery plan, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across all workstreams.
  • Maintain an “eagle-eye” view of delivery health, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, or misalignment before they impact timelines.
  • Ensure tasks are clearly defined, assigned, actively followed up on, and completed as committed.
  • Translate delivery progress into concise, meaningful updates for both clients and internal leadership.
  • Escalate internally when delivery risks are identified and drive alignment on corrective actions.
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of solution architecture, integrations, tools, and delivery approaches.
  • Participate in technical discussions and design reviews to understand implementation trade-offs and risks.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Serve as a connective layer between engineers, data scientists, architects, and client teams.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data, QA, cloud, and project stakeholders.
  • Support planning, onboarding, and capacity alignment to keep teams operating efficiently.
  • Clarify priorities and reinforce ownership across the delivery team.
