Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: The TEKsystems Delivery Lead I is a critical role within the Global Services delivery organization and functions in the execution of day-to-day activities for one or more services engagements. A successful Delivery Lead I possesses skill sets for managing people, processes, and technology. The Delivery Lead I is responsible for managing lower service level engagement and project teams. The Delivery Lead I is responsible for conducting, analyzing and improving the process activities defined in the Capacity Management Life Cycle (CMLC).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 3+ years proven experience in Talent Services or Information Technology industry
  • General understanding of Information Technology industry and business acumen to allot for continual improvement throughout the delivery of services
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Financial management and reporting experience
  • General understanding of project management fundamentals
  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated project data / risk analysis and correlation / mitigation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Personnel management or supervisor level experience a plus
  • Industry certifications such as CAPM, PMP, CSM or other project-based certifications a plus
  • This role may require light travel

Responsibilities

  • Understands and manages customer requirements (deliverables) to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Performs issue management and facilitate issue resolution with proper notification to all affected parties
  • Manages Delivery Reporting Tool (DRT) for assigned engagement(s)
  • Maintains project artifacts on provided SharePoint site
  • Ensures Global Delivery Portal (GDP) is updated on a weekly basis
  • Consolidates project status and budget information across project(s) or portfolio of projects
  • Consolidates and provides project reporting regarding resources, financials or as requested by client through Monthly or Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Complies with all Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures
  • Understands escalation protocol between consultants, client, sales team and Capacity Services Global Delivery Managers
  • Manages consultant care tasks such as on-boarding, off-boarding, performance feedback, consistent communication, data tracking, metrics reporting, and knowledge sharing with the sales team for all project consultants
  • Understands timekeeping processes and ensures consultants are entering their timesheets correctly and on time
  • Completes other project-specific duties as necessary
  • Completes the following internal training: o TGS Capacity Foundations o TGS Capacity CMLC
