About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Lead / Technical Program Manager – Data & AI to lead large-scale data transformation and AI initiatives. This role will drive end-to-end program delivery across Data Engineering, Analytics, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, AWS Glue, ETL/ELT frameworks, and Generative AI (Gen AI), along with proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex enterprise programs.

Requirements

Good hands-on understanding of Snowflake architecture, optimization, and performance tuning.
Expertise in AWS Glue for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
Deep knowledge of ETL & ELT frameworks, data pipeline design, and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Step Functions).
Experience delivering Generative AI (Gen AI) solutions, including LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and AI governance.
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures.
10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Technical Program Management / Delivery Leadership roles.
Proven experience managing multimillion-dollar enterprise data programs.
Strong risk management, budgeting, and vendor management capabilities.
Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.

Experience in building AI-driven automation and analytics platforms.
Background in Banking, Asset Management, Capital Market & Wealth Management, or enterprise digital transformation programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data & AI programs across multiple workstreams.
Own program planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder communication, and financial tracking.
Drive roadmap execution aligned with business strategy and data modernization initiatives.
Manage distributed teams including Data Engineers, AI Engineers, Architects, and Analysts.
Ensure adherence to Agile / SAFe / hybrid delivery methodologies.
Provide architectural guidance for cloud-native data platforms using Snowflake and AWS Glue.
Oversee design and implementation of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Ensure best practices in data modeling, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
Lead integration of Generative AI use cases including LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI automation solutions.
Collaborate with architecture and security teams to ensure compliance and data protection standards.
Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Translate business requirements into scalable Data & AI solutions.
Present executive-level updates, dashboards, and risk mitigation plans.
Drive value realization and measurable business outcomes from data investments.
