Requirements

12+ years of experience in program planning and execution, with strong ability to define program roadmaps and monitor end‑to-end progress.
Proven expertise in managing program budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring financial control across multiple projects.
Strong capability in risk identification, mitigation planning, and resolving conflicts to maintain program stability and delivery success.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage stakeholders, motivate cross‑functional teams, and drive alignment toward program goals.
Extensive experience in coordinating multi‑project environments and managing essential program documentation for governance and audit readiness.
