As a Delivery Lead you will be responsible for managing the Direct Account Manager Sales Function for a Digital Ads Sales client. The team is consisting of a group of sales managers and sellers (total team size of approx. 50-70) focused on scaling and growing existing customers. This role will be reporting directly to the Accenture Operations Manager. Revenue Management- Owns total program performance against sales targets/client success measures for a single program across a single geo. Run an effective governance and performance management structure to meet or exceed function-level inputs and OKRs that drive revenue. Client Relationship management- work in lockstep with client stakeholders by understanding & operationalizing the function-level strategy. Communicate wins, learnings, challenges & business risks with the client. Leverage industry experience to be a trusted, strategic partner to client stakeholders. Deliverables- Provides a read out of program performance in forums such as business reviews. Provides qualitative/quantitative insights and action plans to achieve revenue targets. People Management- responsible for interviewing, coaching, mentoring and performance management of a group of Sales managers/team leaders. This is a hybrid role, Atlanta, GA.
