About The Position

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Delivery Expert to join our growing team in Sugar Creek, United States. This role involves planning and executing efficient delivery routes, safely operating an insured vehicle, navigating diverse terrain, and providing exceptional customer service. The Delivery Expert will also be responsible for inspecting vehicles for maintenance needs and collaborating with the team to improve processes while upholding company policies and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes
• Strong navigational skills with the ability to read maps and locate addresses accurately
• Ability to navigate diverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and challenging delivery locations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes within designated areas, optimizing time management and fuel efficiency while meeting daily delivery targets
• Safely operate an insured vehicle and maintain a professional driving record that meets company standards
• Navigate diverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and challenging addresses, using strong navigational skills and map-reading abilities
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating professionally with recipients, addressing concerns, and resolving delivery issues transparently
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report maintenance needs promptly to ensure safe and reliable operations
• Collaborate with team members and management to share feedback, suggest process improvements, and contribute to a supportive work environment
• Uphold company policies and safety protocols, demonstrating reliability and professional behavior in all customer interactions
