About The Position
As a Delivery Expert at Domino's, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary responsibility will be to check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver them safely, courteously, and promptly. You will work as part of a team, supporting the restaurant by performing various workstation duties as needed. This position requires compliance with Domino's uniform and appearance standards, as well as adherence to federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. Your daily tasks will include pre-delivery vehicle preparation, familiarizing yourself with the delivery area, checking orders for quality and accuracy, and following proper delivery procedures. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers, whether in person or over the phone. Additionally, you will deliver promotional materials such as flyers and door hangers to enhance our marketing efforts. In this role, you will need to safely interact with customers at their homes, receive and process telephone orders, and handle sensitive customer information responsibly. You will execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary. Teamwork is essential, so you will assist your colleagues by being punctual for your shifts, supporting other workstations, and completing all closing duties, including cleaning at the end of each shift. Your navigational skills will be put to the test as you read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, navigating various terrains while carrying products. You will also operate and clean equipment daily, perform other assigned workstation duties, and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage. This position requires the ability to perform basic math calculations, handle monetary transactions accurately, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. You will be expected to maintain a high level of customer service and contribute to a fun and energetic work atmosphere.
