About The Position

The Delivery Expert is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. This role involves working as part of a team, performing various duties related to delivery and restaurant operations, and adhering to company policies and local laws.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Proof of insurance and satisfactory vehicle.
• Ability to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills for processing orders.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in certain markets.
• Experience in customer service or food delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation and learn the delivery area.
• Check orders for quality and accuracy before delivery.
• Deliver pizza and other products to customers' homes safely and courteously.
• Receive and process telephone orders while handling sensitive customer information responsibly.
• Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary.
• Support team members by being punctual and assisting with closing duties, including cleaning.
• Navigate delivery routes and adverse terrain while carrying products.
• Operate and clean all equipment and perform assigned workstation duties.
• Stock ingredients and take inventory as needed.
• Safely operate a motor vehicle for deliveries.
