As a team member at Domino's, you will be responsible for upholding the company's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance. Your role will involve collecting cash and credit card payments, promoting pizza products and specials, and receiving cross-training for various tasks including preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout. You will also check products for accuracy against quality standards and exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phones or assisting carryout customers. Providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers, both over the phone and in person, is essential. Clear and accurate communication, as well as comprehension of using a computer-based order entry system, are also key components of this position. You will contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun while following all state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations, as well as all rules and regulations of Domino's Pizza, LLC. Additionally, you will ensure that the vehicle used for delivery is mechanically and physically sound and is properly registered and insured at all times.
