About The Position

As a Delivery Driver/Team Member at Domino's, you will be responsible for checking all products for accuracy against quality standards and delivering them to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner while working as part of a team. You will support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties and comply with Domino’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards, as well as federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. This position offers a fast-paced environment where time at work flies by, and there are many opportunities for growth within the company, potentially leading to management or franchise ownership.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Proof of vehicle insurance.
• A reliable vehicle that gets good gas mileage.
• Pass a background check.
• Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Must be cross-trained and perform other workstation duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards.
• Deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.

• Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation and learn the delivery area.
• Check orders for quality and accuracy.
• Follow proper delivery procedures.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Handle sensitive and confidential customer information responsibly.
• Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary.
• Work as part of a team and assist each other during shifts.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
• Navigate adverse terrain while carrying products.
• Operate and clean all equipment and facilities daily.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and work areas.
