Your role will involve collecting cash and credit card payments, promoting pizza products and specials, and receiving cross-training for preparing products and ingredients. You will also learn closing and opening procedures, operate the pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout. Checking products for accuracy against quality standards is essential, as is exhibiting a sense of urgency when answering store phones or helping carryout customers. Providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers, both over the phone and in person, is a key part of this position. Clear and accurate communication, both spoken and written, is required. You will need to exhibit comprehension of using a computer-based order entry system and contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun. Additionally, you must follow all state and federal vehicle and driving laws, rules, and regulations, as well as all rules and regulations of Domino's Pizza, LLC and Bigger Bowl Pizza, LLC. Ensuring that the vehicle used for delivery is mechanically and physically sound and is properly registered and insured at all times is also part of your responsibilities.
