About The Position

The position involves various duties essential for the operation of the store, including equipment operation, ingredient stocking, product preparation, and customer service. Team members will be responsible for receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in the facility. The role requires effective communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers, as well as the ability to follow written instructions accurately.

Requirements

  • Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change.
  • Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
  • Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers.
  • Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses.
  • Must navigate adverse terrain and varying weather conditions.

  • Experience in a food service or delivery role.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate all equipment.
  • Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
  • Prepare product.
  • Receive and process telephone orders.
  • Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
  • Deliver product by car and to the door of the customer.
  • Deliver flyers and door hangers.
