The position involves upholding Domino's standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance while performing various tasks related to customer service and food preparation. Employees will be responsible for collecting cash and credit card payments, promoting pizza products and specials, and receiving cross-training for preparing products and ingredients. This includes learning closing and opening procedures, operating the pizza oven, and properly boxing products for delivery or carryout. Additionally, employees must check products for accuracy against quality standards and exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phones or assisting carryout customers. Quality customer service is paramount, requiring clear and accurate communication both over the phone and in person. Employees will also need to demonstrate proficiency in using a computer-based order entry system and contribute to a positive atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun. Compliance with all state and federal vehicle and driving laws, as well as Domino's Pizza, LLC and Tylaur, Inc. regulations, is essential. Ensuring that the delivery vehicle is mechanically sound, properly registered, and insured at all times is also a key responsibility.
