About The Position

Capgemini America Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Delivery Excellence Project Manager 3 based out of its Chicago, IL U.S. headquarters. The employee may also work at various unanticipated locations. S/he will perform the following duties: design technical solution architecture for identified processes and proof of concepts; identify/design automation solutions, including flow of pricing files; coordinate team(s) of clients or vendors that support the deliver competitiveness agenda and automation; provide technical guidance for implementation projects, including training Capgemini employees and clients in software use, evaluation of clients' technical/functional requirements, and development of cost-effective solutions; troubleshoot production issues; support triage and reporting/correction of production; and proactively guide changes in project scope, including devising contingency plans and identifying inter-segment system issues/risk mitigation. Basic Qualifications: This position requires a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering (any), or closely related field plus at least 5 years of experience in the job offered, as Technical Project Manager, or in a related IT position. Alternatively, the employer will accept no degree and at least 7 years of experience in the job offered, as Technical Project Manager, or in a related IT position. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. The applicant must also have: any period of experience overseeing project operations, including designing technical solution architecture; any period of experience overseeing all aspects of system implementation, including requirements gathering, future state solution design, development of objects related to their process scope, and testing and post implementation support; any period of experience conducting gap analysis and strategic roadmap or blueprint development of project planning; any period of experience performing full life cycle project implementations; any period of experience guiding a team of resources; any period of experience providing solutions for business problems related to RPA (robotics process automation) and RPA implementations; any period of experience providing guidance to internal or external stakeholders; and possess Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
