YOUR IMPACT This position is a part of the Agent and Customer Experience team within Marcus’ Delivery business unit. Team members help drive operational excellence within Marcus by leveraging best in class Technologies, Analytics, and Processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Delivery Enablement Lead will be a highly visible driver of our strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across senior leadership, individual teams, and multiple programs, through robust reporting, tracking, and program oversight.
