We’re looking for a motivated, reliable Delivery Driver’s Helper / Warehouse Associate to join our Bellmawr, NJ distribution team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and learning skills that can lead to long-term career growth within our company. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and want more than “just a job,” this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Team player who takes direction well and stays flexible
- Strong attention to detail and dependability
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience is a plus (we provide training and in-house certification)
Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading deliveries to jobsites and our branches
- Inspect flooring and related products for damage or defects before delivery
- Verify delivery paperwork and note any discrepancies
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Contribute ideas to improve warehouse and delivery operations
- Support warehouse tasks as needed
