About The Position
Empire Auto Parts is seeking a responsible Delivery Driver to ensure the prompt distribution of auto body parts to our customers. This role is crucial as our Delivery Drivers represent the company in a professional and cost-effective manner, which directly impacts our profitability and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide range of auto body parts to collision repair shops, adhering to established routes and time schedules. The position requires the ability to load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently. Additionally, the Delivery Driver will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and must possess the ability to read and navigate using maps, plot routes, and follow delivery instructions accurately. Compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards is mandatory to ensure the safety of both the driver and the public.
