Responsibilities

• Check all products for accuracy against quality standards before delivery.
• Deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
• Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation and learn the delivery area.
• Check orders for quality and accuracy and follow proper delivery procedures.
• Provide quality customer service through positive interactions with customers in person or by phone.
• Support other workstation duties, including making quality products and preparing ingredients.
• Assist team members by being punctual for shifts and supporting other workstations during shifts.
• Complete all closing duties, including cleaning, at the end of each shift.
• Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions, and execute cash management duties.
• Enhance the company's image by complying with uniform and appearance standards.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
• Support sales efforts by suggestively selling to increase the check average and distributing door hangers.
