About The Position
Delivery Drivers regularly take home $20+ an hour with a combination of tips, a driver maintenance reimbursement (DMR), and their hourly wage. Flexible shift hours available. Work as short as 11am-2pm or work through the Lunch and Dinner rushes. We have something for everyone's schedule. Tips are paid out daily. A Jimmy John's Delivery Driver's goal is to get that sandwich in the customer's hand as quickly as possible. We do this by learning the most efficient routes, double-checking orders to ensure everything is accounted for, and hustling on our feet (while always being safe and law abiding on the street). While not on the road, Drivers work in the store (preparing sandwiches, taking orders, helping clean) and are compensated accordingly as well as being eligible for the In-shop tipping pool. Delivery is a customer service job, so following a customer's request and doing it with a smile can lead to more successful days.
