About The Position

Domino's is seeking qualified delivery drivers to staff stores. The company is experiencing rapid growth, offering various opportunities for career advancement, including potential paths to management. This role can serve as a hobby, a main source of income, or a supplemental job. Key responsibilities include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from delivery areas to storage and coolers, preparing products, processing telephone and in-person orders, managing inventory and associated paperwork, and performing daily cleaning of equipment and facilities. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position demands strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and essential functions such as accurate basic math, making correct monetary change, motor coordination for precise movements, computer data entry, and navigational skills to locate addresses and navigate diverse terrains, including multi-story buildings, while carrying products. The work environment involves exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, significant temperature fluctuations (from 36 degrees in coolers to 90+ degrees in work areas), food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces (ovens up to 500 degrees or higher), sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Physical demands are extensive, encompassing prolonged standing, walking, sitting for paperwork, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying various items, pushing, infrequent climbing, frequent stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, continuous reaching, and constant hand tasks requiring eye-hand coordination and forceful movements.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Possess customer service skills.
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
Must be licensed for at least the last 365 days minimum.
Must be an insured driver on the insurance policy for the vehicle.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
