Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Successfully pass a HireRight Background Check
Successfully pass a National Crime and Sex Offender Background Check
Successfully pass a Basic Urinalysis Drug Testing
Provide a Motor Vehicle Report detailing driving history
Possess a valid driver's license for no less than a 2-year period
Maintain a safe driving record that meets strict company standards before and during employment
Own a reliable personal vehicle with proper automobile insurance for deliveries
Be required to use the provided car-top sign during deliveries
Wear black pants, shorts, skirts, or capris (excluding denim, corduroy, “stretch,” “yoga,” or sweatpants material) with provided uniform shirts and hats

Responsibilities

Make and deliver great food
Contribute to Heightened Time Awareness (HTA) standards
Answer phones in two rings or less
Ensure orders are in the oven in less than three minutes
Safely deliver orders with customer-focused enthusiasm within fifteen minutes
Learn about Domino's products, equipment, and the point-of-sale order system (Domino's Pulse)
Perform duties as a pizza delivery expert, customer service representative, and pizza maker
Demonstrate and model Domino’s Perfect Image standards at all times
Wear provided uniform shirts and hats, along with black pants, shorts, skirts, or capris (excluding denim, corduroy, “stretch,” “yoga,” or sweatpants material)
