About The Position

Central Mississippi Pizza (CMS) is a locally owned and operated company that prioritizes safety and team member development, operating under the motto “Less Stress, More Success!” This variable hourly position offers hands-on and paid training, daily tips, mileage reimbursement, flexible hours, pizza discounts, and significant advancement opportunities, with 90% of franchisees having started as drivers. Delivery Drivers are responsible for safely and efficiently delivering Domino's products, providing excellent customer service, and representing the brand in the community and in stores. They will also learn to operate all in-store equipment, including oven-tending, and develop time management and multi-tasking skills. The role involves working in a diverse and inclusive environment and contributing to the community through partnerships and networking. A 401K program is available.

Requirements

You must be 18 years of age with a clear driving record and a valid driver’s license
Be outgoing, have a positive, upbeat attitude
Strong communication, and verbal skills
Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift to 25 pounds
