About The Position

Drivers can expect to earn between $15-$20 an hour, which includes tips, mileage reimbursement, and wages, complemented by a safe driving bonus. The role primarily involves safely and efficiently delivering Domino’s products using one's own vehicle, serving as a brand ambassador both in the community and within the stores. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, ensuring product quality, developing strong time management and multi-tasking skills in a dynamic environment, and operating advanced in-store equipment, including oven-tending. Additionally, team members are encouraged to engage in community partnerships and networking. Compensation is provided in cash after every shift, and a 401K program is available.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Clear driving record of at least two years.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Be outgoing, have a positive, upbeat attitude.
- Strong communication, and verbal skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift to 25 pounds.
