As a driver, you will play a vital role in delivering essential electrical products from the warehouse to valued customers. Each day involves a pre-trip inspection of the delivery vehicle, loading materials, and making local deliveries. You will contact customers upon arrival, assist with unloading, and build strong relationships as the face of the company.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license - Class D or higher
• Be at least 21 years old
• Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles
• Ability to lift packages that could weigh up to 85 pounds
• Ability to pass and maintain Department of Transportation (DOT) physical with our physician network
• Basic math skills (add and subtract numbers)
• Basic English communication skills
• Willingness to learn how to operate equipment (we provide training)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future

• 1 year of related experience and/or training

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle inspections at the start and end of your route
• Transport and deliver products to customers with care
• Unload items such as wire, pipe, conduit, and boxes during deliveries
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations
• Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor with customers
