Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgements and decisions.
Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
Depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Far vision and night vision for driving.
Ability to stand for most tasks.
Ability to walk for short distances and durations, including between store and delivery vehicle, and from vehicle to customer's location.
Ability to lift cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds from floor and stack onto shelves up to 72 inches high.
Ability to carry large cans (3 pounds, 7 ounces) and pizza sauce (30 pounds).
Ability to carry trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds per tray).
Ability to carry pizzas and beverages during delivery.
Ability to push/pull dollies with trays (up to 7.5 pounds force).
Ability to infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.
Ability to navigate five or more flights of stairs during product delivery.
Ability to stoop/bend forward at the waist continuously at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
Ability to crouch/squat occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Ability to reach continuously (up, down, forward), including above 72 inches and down to scoop cornmeal or wash dishes.
Ability to drive within a designated delivery area.
Eye-hand coordination.
Continuous use of hands, frequently requiring use of one or both hands.
Ability to shape pizza dough requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Ability to manipulate a pizza peel and rolling cutter.
Frequent and/or forceful pinching in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
Ability to grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
