About The Position

Wage range is $15-25/ hr with your hourly wage and tips earned. We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Belle Plaine, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to our valued customers in Belle Plaine and the surrounding areas.Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport packages to designated locationsLoad and unload packages from the delivery vehiclePlan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiencyVerify delivery information and obtain necessary signaturesProvide excellent customer service during package drop-offsMaintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenanceAdhere to all traffic laws and company safety policiesPromptly report any issues or delays to the dispatch teamAssist with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using GPS and navigation tools
• Basic smartphone skills for using delivery apps and communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations

Nice To Haves

• Previous delivery or driving experience preferred
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Familiarity with Belle Plaine and surrounding areas preferred
