Requirements

  • Excellent navigational skills, including the ability to read maps and locate addresses efficiently

  • Basic math skills for processing payments and making change accurately
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical ability to navigate various terrains, including multi-story buildings
  • Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures

Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers within the designated delivery area
  • Provide excellent customer service, representing Domino's Pizza in a professional and friendly manner
  • Accurately process customer payments and provide change when necessary
  • Navigate efficiently using maps, GPS, and local knowledge to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
  • Assist with in-store duties during non-delivery times, including food preparation, cleaning, and customer service
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
