About the Role: Delivery Driver’s at Grön are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of cannabis products to customers, following all state and federal regulations in the cannabis industry. As a delivery driver you not only deliver our products to customers, but also deliver excellence, one of our core values. You will be the repeated touch point so many of our customers get to interact with each month, helping to maintain those relationships is important to our growing brand. Work days are M-F for the day shift.

Requirements

You have at least 2 years of experience as a delivery driver, preferably in a highly regulated industry such as cannabis, pharmaceuticals, or food and beverage
You hold a valid driver's license and clean driving record
You pride yourself in your strong communication and customer service skills
You can navigate delivery routes and manage inventory levels
You feel excited about staying in compliance with state and federal regulations in the cannabis industry
You have experience handling payments and reconcile invoices
You demonstrate integrity and respect in all interactions, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
You strive for the highest standards in every aspect of your role.
You can adapt to and drive change with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safe and timely delivery of cannabis products to customers
Manage and organize inventory levels within the delivery vehicle
Adhere to all state and federal regulations governing the cannabis industry
Process payments and reconcile invoices for wholesale customers using cash on delivery (COD)
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and stakeholders
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
Uphold the cleanliness and maintenance of the delivery vehicle
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally
