About The Position

The Delivery Driver position offers an average hourly wage of $16-$24, including tips and mileage, with weekly pay and daily payouts for tips and mileage. The role requires individuals to be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record of at least two years, and have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries. Key responsibilities include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing orders (both in-person and over the phone), completing paperwork, and daily cleaning. Candidates must have strong navigational skills, the ability to locate addresses within a designated delivery area, and the capability to navigate challenging terrains, including multi-story buildings. Essential skills also include basic arithmetic for making change, effective communication with customers and co-workers, and proficiency in using computer keyboards or touch screens for order entry.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record with 2 years of driving history, meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Possess navigational skills to read a map and utilize navigational apps.
Ability to locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
Prepare product as needed.
Receive and process telephone orders as needed.
Complete associated paperwork.
Clean designated items daily.
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Provide great customer services and service recovery.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Make correct monetary change.
Take and process orders using verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
Rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed using motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
