About The Position
We're looking for a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team in Eastland, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, while representing our company with professionalism and a customer-first attitude. Safely transport and deliver products to customers within the designated Eastland area Verify order accuracy and ensure proper handling of items during transit Navigate efficiently using maps, GPS, and local knowledge to optimize delivery routes Process customer payments and provide change when necessary Maintain a clean and well-organized delivery vehicle Communicate effectively with dispatch, restaurant staff, and customers Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel expenses Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues promptly
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries
- Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with the Eastland area
- Proven ability to read maps and locate addresses efficiently
- Strong physical fitness to carry products and navigate various terrains, including multi-story buildings
- Basic math skills for processing payments and making change
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Superior time management and organizational abilities
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and timely deliveries
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Proficiency with smartphones and GPS navigation apps (preferred)
