Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicle safely and responsibly while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Receive and process telephone orders accurately and courteously.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler according to company standards.
• Prepare product following established recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Clean facility and equipment daily to maintain health and safety standards.
• Handle cash transactions and process customer payments accurately.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues to management.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally while maintaining positive relationships.
