Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior delivery experience
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with road safety and delivery vehicle operation
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and solve problems independently
• A team-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up products and supplies throughout the assigned region
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles at the warehouse and customer locations
• Warehouse work will be included
• Complete deliveries safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Install equipment at customer sites and assist with product setup
• Pick up used toner and complete return documentation accurately
• Log all deliveries and pickups with attention to detail
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate preventative maintenance
• Pick up equipment or supplies from other branches when needed
• Support general warehouse tasks and participate in inventory cycle counts as needed
• Maintain the safety and cleanliness of company vehicles and assets
• Perform additional duties as assigned
