About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Part-Time Drivers to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will work with the Delivery Ops Manager to provide to-the-door customer experience for Joyleaf's delivery operations from the Roselle store location. This includes driving the daily routes and working with dispatch for customer orders using our delivery system. You will also manage the delivery interaction with customers to ensure a high-quality experience. This position reports directly to the Delivery Ops Manager.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle report (MVR) check and background check.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must own a reliable vehicle that meets all legal requirements for delivery.
• Good communication, customer service skills and ability to handle cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in delivery systems and own all aspects of the technology.
• Deliver cannabis products to customers in a timely and reliable manner.
• Use a delivery app on a personal smartphone to manage deliveries and routes.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and standards, as well as laws related to cannabis delivery.
• Collect payments and give change as necessary.
• Use a personal vehicle for delivery, ensuring it is well-maintained and meets all safety standards.
• Learn and adhere to Joyleaf's standard operating procedures for delivery of cannabis products in the state of New Jersey.
