About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 1 year of licensed driving history.
• A reliable vehicle with current registration and valid auto insurance (your name must be listed on the policy).
• Ability to pass a background check and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
• Ability to navigate the delivery area efficiently (GPS proficiency).
• Team members must be able to stand for long periods and walk on various surfaces (tile, linoleum).
• Unloading supplies up to 50 lbs and stacking them on shelves up to 72" high.
• Moving ingredients (up to 30 lbs) and dough trays (approx. 12 lbs) over short distances.
• Occasional climbing (ladders/stairs) and pushing/pulling dollies (requiring up to 7.5 lbs of force).
• Motor coordination to rapidly perform precise movements with hands/fingers (typing, pizza making).
• Must have near/mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot/cold surfaces.
• Must be able to hear and speak clearly on the telephone.
• Ability to direct activities, work under stress, meet strict quality standards, and make quick decisions while dealing with customers and crew.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, top-tier customer service while delivering orders safely to homes and businesses.
• Take orders over the phone and in-person accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with food preparation and make-line tasks during downtime.
• Restock ingredients and organize storage areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Help keep the facility and equipment clean and operation-ready.
