About The Position

Overview Scope of Responsibilities: Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned task Job Summary: Responsible for accurate and timely delivery of patient’s orders and supplies, while ensuring total patient satisfaction.

Requirements

Education: Minimum: High School Diploma (or currently enrolled in) or GED
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must possess a valid Driver’s License in good standing
Drug test
Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring
Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position
Job Skills Required: Basic Math skills necessary to make accurate change
Strong communication skills
Requires the ability to sit, stand, climb stairs, and walk throughout the duration of the shift
Limited lifting up to 40 lbs.
Attendance Requirements: Must be available, and on-time for scheduled work shifts

Nice To Haves

Experience: Preferred: 0-2 years’ previous experience in related position

Responsibilities

Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe operation of a motor vehicle
Must comply with all State and Federal laws governing the proper and safe delivery of prescriptions to the patient or their agent
Accurately prepare packages for home/business delivery
Responsible for infusion pump pickup per company policy when required
Schedule delivery route in most efficient manner to ensure timely delivery with least travel required
Inform patients of prescription counseling services when delivering prescriptions
Proper processing of receipts upon completion of delivery
Ensure all necessary vehicle maintenance is performed on company delivery vehicle, including maintenance of interior and exterior
Replenish delivery supplies as needed
Greet patients using appropriate greeting and maintaining customer service levels as needed
Must keep current with all State and Federal requirements as related to conditions of employment
Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs
Required to read and sign the Fleet Management Policy
Perform other duties as assigned
