The Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering orders for customers and suppliers around the Charlotte, NC area.

Requirements

Computer proficiency
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must pass drug test
Must pass background check
1-2 years Driving/Delivery experience
High School Diploma

Responsibilities

Complete all assigned delivery and pickup stops for customers and suppliers.
Assist with warehouse operations during non-delivery periods.
Communicate customer requests, concerns, or complaints promptly upon return.
Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Follow designated delivery schedules and make only authorized stops.
Perform daily inspections of the assigned vehicle to ensure proper condition.
Safeguard all customer orders and documentation against damage or loss.
Organize delivery routes efficiently to optimize time and accuracy.
Verify delivery accuracy by matching orders against customer invoices.
Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly at all times.
Load and unload products carefully and efficiently.
Accurately complete and submit required billing and delivery paperwork.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company positively.
Effectively promote company products and services when interacting with customers.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
