Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
Possess customer service skills.
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
Must be licensed for at least the last 365 days minimum.
Must be an insured driver on the insurance policy for the vehicle.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Possess verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Possess motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Possess near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks.
Possess depth perception.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.
Ability to stand (most tasks), walk (short distances), sit (for paperwork), lift (up to 50 pounds), carry (up to 30 pounds), push (up to 7.5 pounds force), climb (stairs or ladder infrequently), stoop/bend (forward bending at waist), crouch/squat (occasionally), reach (continuously up, down, forward), and perform continuous hand tasks requiring eye-hand coordination, frequent/forceful use of forearms/wrists, manipulating tools, and grasping.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility daily.
Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Make correct monetary change.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
Remove trash and perform other outside tasks.
Lift bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) from floor and stack onto shelves up to 72" high.
Carry large cans (3 pounds, 7 ounces) from workstation to storage shelves.
Carry pizza sauce (30 pounds) from storage room to the front of the store.
Carry trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds per tray, three at a time) over short distances.
Push trays on dollies (requiring a force of up to 7.5 pounds).
Pull trays on dollies.
Infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.
Perform forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
Crouch/squat occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reach continuously (up, down, and forward) to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on signs, lift and lower objects to and from shelves, scoop cornmeal from a plastic barrel, wash dishes, obtain topping ingredients, clean work surfaces, or answer phones.
Perform hand tasks requiring eye-hand coordination, continuous use of one or both hands.
Shape pizza dough requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and when using the rolling cutter.
Perform frequent and/or forceful pinching in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes.
Grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
