Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record/ no major violations
Smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps and GPS navigation
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Knowledge of local area and traffic patterns
Basic math skills for handling transactions
High school diploma or equivalent
Clean background check
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Punctuality and reliability in attendance and job performance

Responsibilities

Safely transport and deliver to residential and commercial locations
Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
Operate and maintain delivery vehicle in accordance with company standards
Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures
Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions accurately
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety procedures
Communicate effectively with team members
