As a key member of our fast-paced restaurant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and with a smile.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license with a minimum of one year of safe driving history
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries
Excellent navigational skills and familiarity with Denver's street layout
Ability to read maps and locate addresses efficiently
Strong time management and organizational skills
Exceptional customer service orientation and friendly demeanor
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical stamina to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Team player mentality with a goal-oriented approach to work
Basic food handling knowledge (training will be provided)
Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently deliver pizza and other menu items to customers within the designated area
Navigate Denver's streets and traffic patterns to optimize delivery routes and ensure timely service
Operate and maintain delivery vehicle in accordance with company standards and local regulations
Process customer payments accurately and provide excellent customer service at the point of delivery
Assist with in-store duties during non-delivery times, including food preparation, cleaning, and order taking
Adhere to all food safety and quality control standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times
Provide feedback on delivery routes and customer experiences to improve overall service
Deliver product by car and then to door of customer
