About The Position

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Delivery Driver to support our Weirton, WV specialty infusion pharmacy. Join us in Simplifying Complex Care! The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery tasks including loading, unloading, order pulling, shipping, returns, driving, pick-ups, and deliveries.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in area of responsibility
Valid driver’s license to make deliveries
Must own properly registered and insured vehicle to use for deliveries
Must be able to work Per Diem, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30am-5pm, 3-10 hours per week - Variable schedule.
Must be able to drive up to 200 miles one direction to make deliveries (We offer mileage reimbursement and hourly rate of pay)
Must have properly registered/insured vehicle to make deliveries

Nice To Haves

Experience with deliveries to customer job sites preferred
Pharmacy/Medical delivery experience preferred

Responsibilities

Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging and transportation of goods
Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles. Stack or pile materials
Install protective devices, such as bracing, padding, or strapping, to prevent shifting or damage to items being transported
Verify computations against physical count of stock
Maintains condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.)
Follows company safety policies and procedures and encourages other associates to do the same
May drive to pick up incoming stock or deliver materials to designated locations or operate other machinery in order to complete tasks
Makes deliveries to patient homes in a timely, safe and professional manner
Makes pick-ups of equipment from patient’s home in a timely, safe and professional manner
