This position involves the general job duties of operating all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory and completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The role requires various physical demands including the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, grasp with hands to use machines-tools-equipment-work aids, and tolerate exposure to varying temperatures/conditions inside and outside. On-the-job training will cover customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice. Strong customer service skills are essential, including the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers both over the phone and in person.
