About The Position

This local franchise, in operation for over 40 years, is seeking Delivery Drivers for flexible scheduling, including closers and late nights. It's an ideal job for all ages and experience levels, including college students, part-timers, retirees, parents, and young adults new to the workforce, offering an active role with good earning potential. Drivers can average around $25 or more per hour with wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement, keeping all their tips. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with full-time (30+ hours per week after 1 year) offering health, dental, vision, employer-matched 401k (4%), and Paid Time Off. The role also offers cash/cash card payment every shift, food discounts, paid on-the-job training, and opportunities to drive various delivery vehicles including the DXP Delivery Car, Domino’s e-Bike, and new electric vehicles. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Must have a valid driver's license for at least 1 year if 19 years or older, or at least 2 years if 18 years old.
Must have less than 2 tickets in the last 2 years or 3 tickets in the last 3 years.
Must have your own vehicle.
Must have your own insurance.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have full mobility.
Must be available for at least 30 hours per week for 1 year for full-time benefits.

Responsibilities

Deliver Orders to customers safely in your vehicle.
Assist with light/basic kitchen operations. (wash dishes, empty trash, stock items, sweep, mop, help customers, etc.)
