Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record (DMV report required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality.
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Comfortable using GPS and delivery apps while maintaining safety standards.
Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
Ability to move quickly and efficiently.
Able to lift and carry food orders (up to 25 lbs.).

Responsibilities

Safely load, transport, and deliver catering and mobile orders in a timely manner.
Provide excellent guest service at drop-off, extending Chick-fil-A hospitality beyond the restaurant.
Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency always.
Maintain Operational Excellence in vehicles and delivery equipment (cleanliness, organization, and accuracy).
Follow all traffic laws, practice safe driving habits, and uphold company driving standards.
Ensure all orders are complete, properly bagged, sealed, and include condiments, utensils, and paper goods as requested.
Protect and uphold the Chick-fil-A brand while addressing guest concerns with care and urgency.
Communicate with supervisors to receive duties and updates for each shift.
Keep delivery bags, phone mounts, and company vehicles clean and in proper condition.
Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code, grooming, and professionalism standards.
Other duties as assigned.
