About The Position

Theo Brothers Bakery is a small-batch bakery focused on artisan breads and baked goods. We pride ourselves on reliable service and strong relationships with our customers. We’re seeking a dependable morning delivery driver to pick up bakery orders and deliver to cafes, restaurants, and retail customers. The role requires punctuality, safe driving, good customer service, and the ability to handle bakery products with care.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; commercial license a plus if required by vehicle size
• Ability to lift and carry up to ~50 lbs repeatedly and move bulky boxes safely
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning hours
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic record-keeping and cash-handling capability
• Familiarity with local routes and GPS devices or apps

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience in delivery, courier, or route driving preferred

Responsibilities

• Load and secure bakery products for delivery each morning
• Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently
• Deliver orders to customers on time and maintain professional customer interactions
• Collect signatures, handle invoices, and process cash or account payments as needed
• Inspect products for quality on delivery and report any issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and equipment
• Assist with light loading/unloading and occasional in-bakery tasks during slow periods
• Report route issues, delays, or customer concerns to management
