About The Position

GA Foods is seeking a Route Delivery Driver / Field Service Representative to join our team in Phoneix, Arizona. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of GA Foods — delivering ready-made, hot, frozen, and shelf-stable meals to seniors and other at-risk populations. Compassion, reliability, and professionalism are the cornerstones of success in this position.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 5 years, 0–4 current points on license)
Minimum 3 years of route delivery or distribution experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using GPS, tablets, and general computer systems
ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs frequently
Comfortable with periods of sitting, standing, walking, climbing, or balancing
Capable of stooping, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
Regular use of hands, arms, vision, and hearing
Tolerance for outdoor work and varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

Safely deliver food items and supplies to customer homes or sites according to assigned routes
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while providing courteous service
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and proper upkeep
Follow food safety and handling procedures, including temperature compliance
Conduct daily vehicle inspections, check fluid levels, and maintain service logs
Report any vehicle or delivery issues promptly to your supervisor
Assist with packing, loading, and storing of food items and supplies as needed
Maintain driver scorecards and required records accurately
Demonstrate consistent attendance and reliability to ensure timely customer service
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
