Requirements

• Previous sales experience (construction or supply industry preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs
• Comfortable working in warehouse and outdoor environments
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Visit existing customers to generate repeat supply orders
• Prospect and develop new customer relationships
• Educate customers on AllTerra products and solutions
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers and internal teams
• Safely load, transport, and deliver products on assigned routes
• Inspect vehicles prior to delivery to ensure safe operation
• Ensure orders are delivered on time and in excellent condition
• Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and obtain signatures
• Coordinate stocking locations and future deliveries
• Pull, load, and stock products efficiently
• Operate forklifts and assist with shipping and receiving
• Load and unload incoming/outgoing trailers
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
• Support additional operational needs as assigned
