About The Position

Operate a delivery vehicle to deliver orders to customers and pick up products or orders from suppliers or customers. This role is focused on achieving these responsibilities while upholding a safe and respectful environment, with the ultimate goal of exceeding customer service expectations.

Requirements

• Ability to safely and legally operate a delivery vehicle.
• Strong customer service skills to meet the company's and customers' expectations.
• This position regularly requires the ability to stand for the majority of an 8-hour shift.
• Daily tasks may include routine bending, crouching, lifting, and carrying products up to 50 lbs.
• The ability to visually identify products by name in English and accurately determine quantities through physical counting or basic math skills is essential.
• Routine use of general warehouse tools and equipment, including ladders, pallet jacks, inventory scanners, tape guns, brooms

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a delivery driver.
• Familiarity with IS products, customers, and company culture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow team leaders and managers to achieve a high standard of quality across operations.
• Safely load the vehicle with orders for delivery.
• Deliver orders to customers as directed by the customer or supervisor.
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is safe, well-maintained, and in compliance with all regulatory
